We were so excited to meet Baby J’s mom this morning because she is a fellow photographer originally from St. Louis but started her business out in CO. They moved back recently and hired us to capture her sweet and SLEEPY baby boy. It is SO great working for other photographers because they just GET our ideas, TRUST us and never think we’re crazy. Or if they DO think we’re crazy they never say a word!
In fact, at one point she said something like: “It’s fine, if he falls it’s not that big of a drop!”
How awesome is that?
And when we are relaxed and excited it definitely shows in our images!
We thought Bryce was adorable in the baseball glove… which he MOST CERTAINLY WAS… especially since he won our July contest! BUT… this idea has me obsessed! SOMEDAY when we start hosting workshops we’ll give away the secret to this shot! HA! How’s that for sneaky?
