I’ve gotten to photograph these kids a few times and their super talented mom never disappoints! Their outfits were PERFECTION and they just know how to work it in front of the camera!

Mohr Mini Sessions | Kaylee and Hunter

Kaylee was SO sweet and excited to be our little model for a little while but her brother, Hunter, was SO not digging us! HA! Luckily their awesome mom, Allie, totally understood and knew she’d get way more shots of Kaylee than Hunter. Thanks for being so awesome Allie and even though Hunter didn’t want to work with us I love the few shots we did get!

Kaylee had on one of our favorite outfits of the day (I think most of it was from Gap right Allie?) and Hunter was SO stinking cute, just not interested in the cameras that day! BUT that’s what happens when you try to shoot a toddler at a mini session… you miss all the time you usually have to warm them up and get them used to you so it’s always a gamble! ANYWAY, maybe we’ll get another chance someday to capture this cute little man! Don’t his curls kill you? SO cute! Thanks Allie!

Just a quick pop in to show you how CUTE our little Mac is getting! Not that he wasn’t an adorable newborn, but those eyes and smile at three months just get me!

First, THANK YOU to all the awesome designers who let us photograph their amazing creations! We are in LOVE! And we have SO much more to come in the headband/hat dept so luckily we have seven babies due in May! We also have some awesome posts and giveaways highlighting some of these fabulous artists… I just have to finish some sneak peeks first! Later this week hopefully!

Second, a huge thank you to Emily for letting us play with Lucy yesterday! She was a DOLL and one of our very few babies that didn’t pee or poop on us once! SO awesome! We feel so honored to have been a part of this stage in the Southerland family’s life. To be able to photograph a family from belly to birth to baby is such a thrill! It seriously is the absolute best part of our job and are SO excited that we have two births coming up in May, one in July and one in Sept! Mohr Mini Sessions | Sienna

Sienna was SO sweet and after Kim won her over had lots of smiles to give us! And I’m SO glad we had time to get a few shots with mom and dad and soon-to-be baby! Not sure you can tell how TALL dad is in the photo but I had to stand on a step stool to not just be looking up his nostrils! Totally reminded me of shooting my sister and brother-in-law who’s 6″4′ with Abbie who’s 5″6′! HA! Anyway, super cute family… so good to meet you all and Kama, good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!

It never ceases to amaze me how SMALL the world is! Kelly is a talented local photographer but it turns out she’s also C’s Grandpa’s PT (is that right Kelly? Is it PT or OT or something else? ) and he’s been bragging on her for SO long encouraging me to meet her because we both love photography! He says the sweetest things about her and really loves her! But I didn’t put it all together until the mini sessions! So Kelly, it was GREAT to finally meet you and we should get together to talk shop! It would make Bill so happy!

And how cute are her two little girls? So glad we finally got to meet Kelly!

Katie’s sweet friend, Kasey, drove quite a ways for this mini shoot and of course Evan wanted NOTHING to do with us! We had quite a few kids that day not so interested in having their photos taken actually! HA! Luckily, if Kasey stayed and hung with him he was a happy camper. And when someone suggested BUBBLES he was ALL in! Such a cute little man!
